Apply through the Turkish embassy or consulate:
Requirements:
- Passport valid for at least 6 months.
- A copy of a valid Saudi residence permit.

Documents required at the time of appointment:
1- Two recent personal photos, size 5 x 5, with a white background.
2- A bank statement for the last 6 months, related to the salary deposit, in English, certified by the bank.
3- Cover letter in English
◀ If it is from the government sector: It must be stamped with a colored stamp from the government employer.
◀ If from the private sector: It must be stamped on official papers by the employer and certified by the Chamber of Commerce. (The salary certificate must be a recent copy)
4- Exit/return visa to and from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
5- National address.
6- If the applicant is of Sudanese nationality, he needs a letter of no objection to travel from the Sudanese embassy.

Fees:
1- Embassy file preparation fees: 195 riyals.
2- Appointment fee of 302 riyals paid to VFS GLOBAL Center.
3- Visa fees of 600 riyals are paid upon arrival at the embassy.
